Are your quotes really fixed-price?
Yes. Every quote is a fixed price, locked in writing before work begins. The only way the price changes is if you request changes mid-build — and any variations are agreed and signed off in writing first.
How long does a quote take?
We typically deliver a detailed, fixed-price quote within 48 hours of our site visit.
Do you charge for quotes or consultations?
No. Initial consultations and quotes are free, with no pressure to proceed.
Timing & Process
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathrooms are completed in 3–4 weeks on site once we begin. We give you a guaranteed start and finish date in your contract.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Kitchens typically run 4–6 weeks on site, depending on cabinetry lead times and the scope of changes.
When can you start?
Lead times vary by season, but we usually book 4–8 weeks ahead. Get in touch and we'll give you a clear next available start date.
Warranties & Standards
What warranties do you offer?
We stand behind the quality of our work. Applicable workmanship, waterproofing and manufacturer warranties are provided where relevant to your renovation. Full warranty details are supplied as part of your project documentation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Renova Plus is fully insured and carries the appropriate licences for the work we undertake. We also work with licensed plumbers and electricians, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Australian Standards and relevant building regulations.
